Riverside resort is located on the edge of Jim Corbett National Park and reserve forest, the Kosi River runs alongside the resort for approx a kilometer, This is a luxury jungle resort, situated in 21 acres of land , Resort has 30 deluxe suites and 14 deluxe double rooms. Ideal for a relaxing adventure holiday to renew your spirits.

Riverside resort has full size swimming pool, badminton, table tennis, volley ball, pool table, indoor games, video & DVD films in the lounge, to keep children entertained.

Resort also has thoroughbred horses for riding, buggy rides & exciting horse safari's can be organized on request.

Presidential Suite
Two large tastefully appointed exclusive bedrooms with attached bathrooms, Also having a fully furnished kitchen cum dinning. A big private sit out terrace with a commanding view of the river and valley. (Bonfire in season)

Tiger's Den Cottage : Unique unit consisting of 4 suites with colonial style sit out, and one standalone cottage suite facing the sprawling lawns all the way to the riverfront promenade. The 4 suites share a kitchen cum dinning area. Ideal for small group of friends/ families who are looking for an exclusive holiday.

River Front Suites : These suites are tastefully done up with a television . A large private sit out terrace with a commanding view of the valley and river Kosi.

River View Suites : These suites are tastefully done up with a sitting area. They have a magnificent view of the river Kosi. The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of daylight.

Double Rooms : Rooms are airy and comfortable with double beds and sitting space for two persons. Much of the furniture is traditional.

River's Edge Restaurant
The cuisine is Indian at River's Edge Restaurant, Chinese, Continental food cooked by our expert chefs. Tandoori and Bar-be-que dishes are our specialties . Only on order.

The resort offers an in-house dining room where all meals are served in buffet style. The restaurant also has an open deck overlooking the river.
